We accept 3 types of payment:
- Visa and Mastercard, payment link requires individual setup for HKD currency payment.
- Wire Transfer to our GLOPAY account in Hong Kong (USD and/or HKD currency available)
- GLOPAY Transfer (Account holder name: World Forwarders Conference)
- PayPal, payment link requires individual setup for USD currency payment.
We do not accept Credit Card payments by email, our specific payment link setup is the only applicable credit card payment option.
Our packages for attendance, exhibition or sponsoring do not require companies or individuals to be a Member of any Network. This is an network-independent event setup.
Companies or Individuals are approved for attendance to the World Forwarders Conference once we have received full registration details by the attendee and the conference attendee fee has been paid in full prior to conference arrival/check-in. Upon prior written agreement the conference attendance fee can be paid in cash at the event check-in, before the start of the Welcome Reception.
Substations of individuals are allowed within the same company.
The World Forwarders Conference reserves the right to turn down attendance for a company and/or attendees that have not paid their attendance fee prior to the event or before the Welcome Reception in cash. If an attendance was registered, but company and/or attendee refuse to pay attendance fee, the World Forwarders Conference reserves the right to ask the venue hotel to refuse service to the individual(s).
Cancellations will be accepted with refund 90 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within 90 and 10 days of event start will result in a credit push of the attendance fee to the next World Forwarders Conference.
Cancellations within 10 days of event start will need to be considered as No-show.
The World Forwarders Conference will charge an administration fee of US$40 in case of an issued refund. Varying times are applicable for refunds - based on original payment method.
No show policy
Companies or Individuals that do not cancel their attendance within 10 days of event start are considered a no-show and no refund or credit towards the
next World Forwarders Conference will be provided.
Registration, payment and attendance to the World Forwarders Conference constitutes an agreement by the company and/or attendee(s) to the use and distribution (both for this event and future events) of the company and/or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such activities of the World Forwarders Conference and other third parties, including but not limited to the online platform or streaming software utilized to market the Event. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities, such as session attendance, public chats, etc.
The World Forwarders Conference is committed to providing a safe and welcoming networking environment for all attendees and staff of World Forwarders Conference or any third party engaged by the World Forwarders Conference to the service of the Event.
We expect everyone to:
- Act responsibly, behave courteously and respect the rights and dignity of others at all times while in attendance.
- Notify Staff of the World Forwarders Conference of any concerning or unsafe situations as quickly as possible.
- Provide clear, helpful and honest feedback
- Display the World Forwarders Conference badge in all areas that are part of the conference agenda, with the exception of the closing event. Wearing your badge not
only indicates that you are a registered and paid attendee, but it is also a courtesy to other attendees. Attendee badges can be reprinted, should you lose yours,
please contact any World Forwarders Conference staff for assistance.
The following actions are prohibited at all times:
- Harassment or intimidation by words, gestures or body language
- Verbally abusive behavior, including angry or vulgar language, swearing, name-calling or shouting
We want everyone to enjoy quality networking at the World Forwarders Conference.
By registering for the World Forwarders Conference you agree to accept communication from us. These notifications may include emails, text or WhatsApp® messages and push notifications through our Conference supporting Smartphone app.
The World Forwarders Conference does not sell attendee registration with third parties, we may however provide general attendee information to our sponsors, partners

In order to comply with global data privacy laws, the World Forwarders Conference imposes certain restrictions on the use of multimedia (i.e., photography, video, audio,
online streaming and all future mediums. Attendees are encouraged to capture their own experiences and post on their own social media platform(s), provided that it does not
defame other attendees or infringe on copyrighted World Forwarders Conference branding and content.
The World Forwarders Conference utilities social media to post real-time photos and videos to its social media feeds and may select to display select material from those
feeds on screens throughout the venue.
The World Forwarders Conference is not responsible for loss, damages or injury to persons or property as a result of attending this Event. This also applies to any related activity if and to the extend you may be eligible to attend as part of your registration.
